BV99 Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistan Players

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the bv99 platform — including the website at bv99-vip.com, all game interfaces, the account management section, and any associated services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

• You must be at least 18 years of age. BV99 strictly prohibits access by minors. If we have reason to believe an account is held by someone under 18, we will suspend it immediately and return any remaining balance after deducting any bonuses received.
• You must be a human individual registering on your own behalf — corporate accounts and automated registrations are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether online gaming is legal in your location before registering with bv99.
• You must not be a current employee, director, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of a bv99 employee or contractor. Staff and their close family are ineligible to hold player accounts on the platform.

BV99 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents from any account holder at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe will result in account suspension until the matter is resolved.

Each person is permitted to hold only one active account on bv99. Opening duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different identity information — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts. Any bonuses claimed on duplicate accounts are non-withdrawable, and bv99 may withhold the associated balance pending investigation.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any additional information bv99 may request as part of identity verification. You are obligated to update your account details promptly if any of this information changes.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bv99 login credentials — username and password. All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether authorised by you or not. All financial transactions on bv99 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion required — your PKR is accepted, processed, and held as PKR throughout your time on the platform.

BV99 accepts deposits via the following methods:

BV99 does not accept deposits from payment methods that are not registered in your name. Attempts to deposit using someone else's payment credentials will result in the funds being returned and may trigger an account review. All deposits are subject to standard anti-money laundering checks.

BV99 does not accept credit as a form of payment. If you attempt a deposit using a credit card processed through a payment provider, the transaction may be blocked. We strongly recommend using mobile wallets or your own debit bank card for deposits on bv99.

Withdrawal requests on bv99 are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in your name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you must complete bv99's identity verification process. This requires submission of a valid Pakistani government-issued identity document (CNIC or NICOP) and may include additional proof of payment method ownership. BV99 aims to complete verification reviews within 24 hours of document submission.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 to Easypaisa and JazzCash, and Rs 1,000 to bank accounts. There are no withdrawal fees imposed by bv99 on any method. Standard processing times are:

• Easypaisa and JazzCash: typically under 10 minutes
• NayaPay and SadaPay: typically under 30 minutes
• IBFT Bank Transfer: typically under 2 hours during banking hours
• Visa/Mastercard debit: up to 3 banking days

BV99 reserves the right to conduct additional security and anti-fraud checks before processing large withdrawals or withdrawals from accounts showing unusual activity. During such reviews — which bv99 aims to complete within 48 hours — the withdrawal will be placed in a pending status. The player will be notified by email if a review is initiated.

BV99 offers various promotional bonuses from time to time — welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, tournament prizes, cashback promotions, and referral rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published on the promotion page and communicated to eligible players.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all bv99 promotions:

• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The specific requirement (e.g., 10x, 20x) will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• BV99 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it is claimed, and to amend the terms of an ongoing promotion with reasonable notice to affected players.
• Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, coordinating with other players, or using low-risk hedging strategies to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay — will have their bonuses cancelled and the associated balance removed. Such accounts may also be suspended.
• Bonuses are denominated in PKR. There is no currency conversion at any point in the bonus process.

All games on bv99 operate on independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. The outcomes of all games — including slots, card games, dice games, and crash-style games — are determined by certified random processes that cannot be influenced by bv99 staff or by players. Crash games including Aviator additionally use provably fair cryptographic technology, allowing players to independently verify each round's outcome after it has completed.

Published Return to Player (RTP) figures for each game represent the long-run average return across a statistically significant number of game rounds. Actual returns for individual sessions may vary substantially from the stated RTP. BV99 does not guarantee any specific outcome for any player in any session.

Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing real-money bets. Practice modes are available on bv99 for most game types and are recommended for players who are new to a particular format.

Any bet placed on bv99 that is accepted and reflected in your account history stands as a final transaction. BV99 does not accept claims of accidental bets, misclicks, or misunderstandings of game rules as grounds for reversal of a completed bet outcome.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bv99. Engaging in any of them will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any outstanding balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Multiple accounts: Opening, using, or benefiting from more than one bv99 account.
• Underage registration: Attempting to create an account while under 18 years of age, or facilitating such access for a minor.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any bv99 game, including poker, Teen Patti, and any other multi-player format.
• Use of bots or automated software: Using any form of automated system, script, or software to play, bet, or interact with the bv99 platform without genuine human input.
• Fraud and chargebacks: Disputing legitimate bv99 transactions through your payment provider after those transactions have been completed in good faith. Fraudulent chargeback attempts result in immediate suspension and legal referral.
• Money laundering: Using bv99 to process, layer, or integrate the proceeds of criminal activity. BV99 operates strict anti-money laundering procedures and cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies.
• Harassment: Using bv99's chat features or any other platform communication tool to threaten, harass, or abuse other players or staff members.
• Exploitation of software errors: Taking unfair advantage of any technical error, bug, or misconfiguration in the bv99 platform. Winnings generated through exploitation of platform errors are not eligible for withdrawal.

BV99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to suspension or closure include — but are not limited to — the prohibited activities listed in Section 8, failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe, suspected fraudulent activity, chargebacks from a payment provider, and violation of any provision of these Terms.

In cases where an account is suspended pending investigation, bv99 will notify the account holder by email within 24 hours of the suspension being applied, and will provide a reasonable timeframe within which the player may submit information or documentation in response. BV99 aims to complete investigations within 14 business days.

If an account is closed for a breach of these Terms, any outstanding balance that represents genuine deposited funds (i.e. not bonus funds, not funds obtained through prohibited means) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after all applicable deductions are made. The timeline for return of funds in such cases is up to 28 business days.

You may also voluntarily close your bv99 account at any time by contacting support. If you close your account voluntarily, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed to your registered payment method. Accounts closed voluntarily while carrying an active self-exclusion will be treated in accordance with bv99's Responsible Gaming Policy.

All content on the bv99 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of BV99 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bv99 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the bv99 platform without express written permission from bv99.

The BV99 name, logo, and associated brand identifiers are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of these marks — including in social media profiles, third-party websites, or promotional materials — is prohibited and will be pursued legally if necessary.

BV99 provides the platform and its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and do not accept liability for:

• Any loss of income, profits, or opportunity arising from use of or inability to use the bv99 platform.
• Any technical failure, interruption, or data loss caused by factors outside bv99's direct control, including internet service provider failures, mobile network outages, or force majeure events.
• Any decisions made by players based on information provided on the bv99 platform — including but not limited to game statistics, odds displays, and promotional descriptions.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your bv99 account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits bv99's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bv99's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

BV99 is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial stress, psychological harm, or social damage. In support of this, bv99 provides the following tools to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that you set yourself. Once a lower limit is requested, it takes effect immediately. Increases to limits require a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
